Но не думаю, что какие то отличия были.
I do let them play as much as they want, even the heaviest ones. But of course one thing is important. If the puppy is used only to short walks on the leash, and the puppy is the only dog in the family or lives with an elder dog who doesn't play very much, then you have to start slowly if you decide to let the puppy run more. Because a puppy living here (or in similar conditions) has much more developed muscle condition... They have been running and playing since the puppy box. And if a puppy with not so much muscles suddenly starts to run and play a lot, they will definitely "get broken". So you have to start step by step. Of course you can take Asti to walks and this is probably a good start, but this is what I suggest you to do in the future with your pups. We do keep dogs too much in the house and they get not enough excercise...
I think it is very difficult to answer what age you can take the puppy for a walk of two hours... If it is two hours really slow walking and stopping now and then, probably you can take Asti already now. But if the walk is really intense and you can see that the puppy gets tired, then I would suggest to turn back and go home. It depends so much on the puppy. Too much "good" can be bad

Probably it would be better to have 3 shorter 30-40 min walks every day than one very long walk. It is not that the puppy should get excercise like an athlete, like jogging, but more that the puppy should be able to do things outside, play with other pups and climb and jump and swim etc, and get good muscles all over the body, not just become a "good walker".
