Сегодня получила письмо от Евы - после выставки она писала в клуб, объясняла, что случилось, интересовалась, как прошла выставка, но ответа не получила.

tell me how you managed to have a new judge in such a short time. Hope it
all went well!!
I am so terribly sorry for all problems I must have caused for you.
You see, when I finally had the Visa Papers from you I was very happy as I
thought that was what I needed. It takes 2 weeks to have a Visa in Norway so
it would have been too late for me to apply for one at that short time.
When I checked in from Bergen there were not any comments from the
officials. Coming to Oslo I showed Passport and what I believed was the Visa
I needed, and again there was not any comment from the Aeroflot Officials.
So I was certain that everything was all right with my papers. If they had
told me that my papers were NOT OK - I could have saved myself all the
problems I had later on.
It was therefore a great chock for me when I showed the papers in Moscow and
was told in a very unfriendly way that I was not allowed to come into
Russia. I tried to explain but with no help. I called the Embassy for help -
but with no luck.
It was a dreadful time at the airport; I think I have never been treated so
badly before!! I sat and waited for more than 7 hours at the same bench
without food or water as I could not leave the spot they have told me to
wait. It was first long after midnight I had my papers and passport back -
and the message that I would be sent back to Norway the following morning.
It was very traumatic!!
I could not face to sit at a bench the whole night. I rented a room at
airport hotel so I could stretch my back for a couple of hours.
I came back to Bergen at 1830 Sunday. I wasted a lot of time and a lot of
money for nothing.
I had been looking so much forward to see the Russian dogs again so this was
a terrible disappointment as you can understand.

переводчик перевел корявенько но смысл понятен,жесть конечно для пожилого человека так попасть...а еще хуже если бы она после стольких мытарств узнала, сто на монке было очень мало собак...короче не красивая история получилась
хочется быть слабой и беззащитной, но кони все скачут и избы все горят....

Позорище для страны - так отнестись к пожилому человеку 
И организаторы выставки виноваты - значит, не объяснили толком, что конкретно нужно было получить для въезда в страну.
И вот удивительно - Аэрофлот всегда всё проверяет (визы, и пр) при регистрации на международный рейс; что ж они так
могли б еще по месту вылета предупредить, что не пустят в страну с этими бумагами.

Может, обиделись, что она их так "подвела" - они же ей наверняка билеты оплатили, а она не приехала + поиски нового судьи. Странно, что она приняла приглашение (а скорее всего это было оно) за саму визу - все таки не первый раз в Россию едет
